St. Ives Boat Charters

Our bay and beaches trip is usually available when the wind and sea condtions mean we can't get to Seal Island or Godrevy Lighthouse.

 

The exact route varys depending on conditons of the day, but we aim to take you past the beaches of Bamaluz and Porthgwidden, round the island to Porthmeor beach. After this we steam directly toward Hayle Bar/ Hayle Towans Beach, then loop back closer to the coastline, past Hawks Point, Carbis Bay beach, Porthminster Point, Porthminster beach and back to St Ives.

Our skipper will point out various places of interest along the route and any wildlife along the way. You will always see lots of sea birds and if you are lucky even Dolphins and Sun Fish. When you are near the harbour you are very likely to have seals greet you at the boat although this cannot be guarenteed.
